Our last-mile delivery has different modalities with which we seek to customize it in accordance with our clients’ needs. The first one of them is the model for product DISTRIBUTION in urban areas and surrounding municipalities, which includes routing, dispatch, tracking, delivery, collection and closing of each sale to our clients’ clients (B2B), from the clients’ warehouses to the commercial establishments of our clients’ clients. The second one is urban ROUTE TO RECIPIENT in surrounding municipalities, and differs from the previous one in that routing and collection of accounts receivables are not included, because our clients carry out those processes (B2B).

The third one is the DELIVERY to the consumers or clients, and is conducted from the Distribution Centers or Service Centers to the sites indicated by the buyers using E-commerce as a form of product acquisition (B2C). It considers the delivery from the distribution centers of our clients to our clients’ clients, which is called B2B.
We are experts in the management of the Distribution, Route to Recipient and delivery processes, focused on the safety, quality and productivity of such processes. Our service model leads our clients to reach world-class standards.

The fleets used in this service line can be loyalized, operated (received from our clients in commodatum or another modality) or proprietary, when defining medium-term contractual relations with which we make purchases for our clients.

Our transport service covers the entire national territory. We have operations and offices in the main cities and ports of the country, ensuring the timeliness in the rendering of the service. If necessary, with our modern technology we place operating points in our clients’ facilities in order to integrate ourselves more efficiently. Our Operations Monitoring Center covers the entire national territory 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Anava Transport provides the best transportation service for containers with merchandise in the free trade zone regime (non-nationalized) DUTA or nationalized, because we understand the importance of this activity for the economy of our country and our clients.. This service is the ideal complement for the ITR operations to free zones (where we have storage facilities) in the main maritime ports of our country, or for the movement of import and export containers from and to the interior of our country.

In case of export containers, our processes of inspection, removal, loading and delivery of export containers have rigorous one line monitoring processes, guaranteeing the time and displacement control of each stage; our modern digital technology for the inspection (forms), photographic record, securing (satellite locks), tracking of vehicles (GPS GPRS and APPS) and safety assessment of the personnel and teams involved in the processes, guarantees the safety and integrity of this delicate activity that requires the best controls.

In this manner we ensure the safety of the foreign trade activity of our clients.

We love to be an integral part of the logistics processes of our clients. This is why we understand and incorporate ourselves in the design of highly productive operations, where planning, dimensioning, developing SOP, indicators and fleet management models dedicated to 8, 16, 24-7 services is a passion. Schemes implying dedication and the exclusive use of transportation units and a solid interaction between the different teams to guarantee usage and availability. We are allies for seeking economies through productivity and the maximum usage and exploitation of assets.

The fleets used in this service line can be loyalized, operated (received from our clients in commodatum or another modality) or proprietary, when defining medium-term contractual relations with which we make purchases for our clients.

For Anava, security is a fundamental and non-negotiable requirement. By this we mean that all safety requirements are mandatory for our personnel, as well as for equipment and infrastructure.

To select our talent and our allies and suppliers we have technology that supports such selection by a thorough safety study; we provide our people with protective equipment that meets high-quality standards, and we also use technology to monitor operational behaviors in order to prevent risks. We are strict and rigorous about compliance with safety policies.

Regarding transportation teams, the selection and retention is also conducted through a safety study with all types of documentary, physical and behavioral aspects, which allow us to say with pride that we have top-level vehicles and drivers.

We assess the risks before starting operations and rate the compliance of the necessary basics to start any activity. We assess zones, areas, elements, etc. that may cause harm to our people or the merchandise, and we take preventive measures.

The safety training is a routine prevention activity and that is what we do in Anava.
